Bojun Education Company Limited disclosed a senior management change, confirming that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Tang Peng will resign and be succeeded by Yang Ying on 20 March 2026.

According to the board statement, Tang Peng departs without disagreement with the Board, and no matters related to his resignation require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Incoming CFO Yang Ying, aged 35, brings roughly 12 years of financial and strategic management experience. She is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Shanghai International Studies University (2014).

The Board remains chaired by Wang Jinglei, who also serves as chief executive officer. Executive directors include Wang Jinglei, Lin Juncheng and Tang Hui; Wu Jiwei acts as non-executive director; and Yang Yuchuan, Tao Qizhi and Cheng Tai Kwan Sunny serve as independent non-executive directors.
