Miko International Holdings Limited (MIKO INTL) announced on 30 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) have been released in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.redkids.com). Printed versions will no longer be mailed automatically under Hong Kong’s paperless listing regime introduced on 31 December 2023.

The company confirmed that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively in electronic form unless shareholders specifically request hard copies.

• Non-registered shareholders must supply a functional email address to their intermediary (bank, broker, custodian or HKSCC Nominees) to receive electronic notifications. • Until a valid email is on file, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must proactively check the two designated websites.
