Guangdong's latest fuel price revision has been officially announced, effective from 24:00 on September 11, 2026. The provincial development and reform commission confirmed the adjustment, citing the national成品油 pricing mechanism and recent fluctuations in international crude oil markets.
Under the new policy, the national government has implemented measures to adjust refined oil prices, raising domestic rates accordingly. For Guangdong specifically, gasoline and diesel prices will increase by 260 yuan and 250 yuan per tonne, respectively, building on the current benchmark prices.
After this adjustment, the maximum retail prices for fuel in the province have been set as follows: No. 92 gasoline is now priced at 8.31 yuan per liter, while No. 95 gasoline has reached 9 yuan per liter. The updated pricing structure applies across all licensed fuel retailers in the region, as outlined in the latest official schedule.
