Xibei Presents Atour Pillows to Accommodated Staff; Jia Guolong Emphasizes Importance of Quality Sleep

On the afternoon of December 30, it was reported that Xibei recently issued an internal letter. In the letter, Zhang Liping, the wife of Jia Guolong, stated: "In December, our employee dormitories have been fully upgraded. Jia Guolong said that the most important thing is for everyone to return to the dormitory and get a good night's sleep, so we selected a good pillow together to give to everyone. I have personally tested the pillow; it features an ergonomic design, skin-friendly fabric, and provides a comfortable feel."

Zhang Liping also mentioned that the Bei'ai Public Welfare initiative has arranged for psychological counselors for the staff, launching the "Xibei Deep Sleep Program." This program teaches practical sleep aid methods which, combined with the high-quality pillows, aim to help everyone sleep well and soundly.

In response to this news, Xibei's public relations department confirmed that the report is accurate and that the pillows are an internal employee benefit.

It is understood that the pillows are distributed exclusively to Xibei employees who live in the company-provided dormitories. For employees who do not reside in the dormitories, Xibei provides a monthly housing allowance ranging from 200 to 1,000 yuan.

According to videos posted by Xibei employees on social media platforms, the pillows distributed are the Atour Planet slow-rebound memory foam pillows. The Atour Planet official website shows that the promotional price for a single pillow starts from 164 yuan.
