Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that substantial shareholder Lim Hooi Sin purchased 1 million ordinary shares on May, 25 2026.

Following the acquisition, Lim’s direct stake rose to 134.273 million shares, equal to 1.675 per cent of the glove maker’s issued share capital. His total interest, including indirect and deemed holdings, now stands at 3.064 billion shares, or 36.54 per cent.

The indirect interest comprises shares held by related parties, including 2.329 billion shares owned by his brother Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai, 17.563 million shares held by sister-in-law Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee, 554.966 million shares in Firstway United Corp, 2.4 million shares in Top Fortress Ventures Ltd and 25.501 million shares in TS Dr Lim WC (L) Foundation.

The company received the notice of the transaction on May, 26 2026.
