CONTINENTAL H (00513) announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2025. Revenue reached approximately HK$586 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 62.55%. The loss attributable to owners of the company was approximately HK$259 million, up 0.7% compared to the previous year. Loss per share was HK$0.3793.

According to the announcement, the revenue increase was primarily attributed to property sales of approximately HK$221 million. The loss for the year was mainly due to a loss of approximately HK$276 million recognized from fair value changes in investment properties, as well as an impairment loss on mining rights of approximately HK$26.6 million.
