JD Industrials (07618) has announced that, effective April 27, 2026, Ms. Chan Yuen Shan, MH, JP, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Board's Nomination Committee. Concurrently, Independent Non-Executive Director Ms. Gu Baofang has stepped down from her role on the Nomination Committee. Following this change, Ms. Gu will continue to serve as the Chair of the Board's Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.
