Wee Hur Holdings’ AGM Clears All Resolutions, Declares 0.01 Singapore Dollar Final Dividend

Wee Hur Holdings (E3B) reported that all nine resolutions tabled at its nineteenth annual general meeting on Apr, 29 2026 were duly approved by poll.

Shareholders adopted the directors’ statement, auditor’s report and audited financial statements for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

A final tax-exempt dividend of 0.01 Singapore dollars per ordinary share for FY2025 was approved, payable on May, 22 2026 to shareholders on record as of May, 8 2026.

The meeting endorsed directors’ fees of 0.185 million Singapore dollars for FY2026, to be paid quarterly in arrears.

Dr Foo Say Mui and Mr Lye Hoong Yip Raymond were re-elected as directors, while PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was re-appointed as auditor until the next AGM, with remuneration to be fixed by the board.

Shareholders renewed the general mandate authorising directors to issue new shares and convertible securities up to 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with a sub-limit of 20% for non-pro-rata issues.

An interested person transactions mandate was renewed, with specified related parties abstaining from voting, and a share purchase mandate permitting buybacks of up to 10% of issued shares was adopted.

Ahead of the AGM, Chief Executive Officer Goh Wee Ping briefed investors on FY2025 highlights, financial performance and strategic initiatives, including progress in construction, workers’ dormitories, Australian projects, and upcoming hospitality and education assets. All votes were cast electronically, and the meeting concluded at 12:35 p.m.
