C SMARTERENERGY (01004) has issued a profit warning, projecting a consolidated loss attributable to company owners of approximately HK$6.6 million for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026.

This compares to a loss of around HK$98.9 million reported for the corresponding period in 2025, reflecting a significant improvement.

The sharp reduction in losses is primarily driven by a substantial decrease in financing costs of about HK$100 million, largely resulting from the group's implementation of loan restructuring, with the related financial impact being non-recurring in nature.
