Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 26 August 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes:

• Reviewing and approving the consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

• Deliberating on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.

The Board currently comprises four executive directors—Chairman and Executive Director Dato’ Seri Chan Kong Yew, Dato’ Kwan Siew Deeg, Datin Seri Lo Shing Ping and Mr. Yap Sheng Feng—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Li Chi Keung, Dato’ Che Nazli Binti Jaapar and Datin Paduka TPr. Noaini Binti Roslan.

Shareholders and market participants will receive the company’s 1H26 financial performance details and any dividend decision following the Board’s deliberations.
