Beisen Holding buys back 0.10 million shares; outstanding float falls to 730.05 million

Beisen Holding Limited (Beisen Holding) reported that it repurchased 0.10 million ordinary shares on 22 April 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 3.58 and HKD 3.83, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.74 per share. Aggregate consideration for the transaction was approximately HKD 0.37 million. All repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined from 730.15 million to 730.05 million, while treasury shares increased to 6.14 million. Total issued share capital remains unchanged at 736.19 million shares. The latest repurchase represents 0.0137% of Beisen Holding’s outstanding shares prior to the transaction.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 70.12 million shares. To date, Beisen Holding has repurchased 10.91 million shares under this mandate, leaving a balance of 59.21 million shares available.

In accordance with listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 May 2026.
