FUTURE BRIGHT Holdings Limited (00703) announced that on February 13, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jun Ying, as the tenant, entered into an agreement. Subject to countersignature by City of Dreams Resort Limited, the operator, the agreement grants Jun Ying the right to use a specific property (Shop F110A, Boulevard at City of Dreams, Macau) for operating a Japanese restaurant. The rental fee will be determined by either (i) a fixed monthly base fee or (ii) a percentage of the monthly turnover, whichever amount is higher. The Group has been operating a Japanese restaurant under the "Edo Japanese Cuisine" brand at this location since 2009, with generally satisfactory historical performance. Given the continuous increase in visitor arrivals to Macau and the strong brand reputation of "Edo Japanese Cuisine" in the region, the Company plans to continue restaurant operations at this property. Currently, the Company operates a total of three "Edo Japanese Cuisine" restaurants in Macau. The Board of Directors believes that operating the restaurant at this location will contribute to generating stable revenue and profits for the Group.
