TANG PALACE (01181) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Weihua Shengshi Tang Palace Catering Co., Ltd. (Weihua Shengshi) and its branch Shenzhen Weihua Shengshi Tang Palace Catering Co., Ltd. Caide Store (collectively referred to as the defendants) operate restaurant business at the fifth floor of Olive Building on the east side of Caitian Road, Futian District, Shenzhen (the Property) and have entered into a lease agreement with Shenzhen Huimin Commercial Management Co., Ltd. as the landlord.

The defendants received a summons issued by the Futian District People's Court of Shenzhen regarding the Property on September 30, 2025. Shenzhen Senwang Property Management Co., Ltd. (the plaintiff or claiming to be the property owner) has filed litigation claims including: return of the Property and payment of approximately RMB 12.7 million in unpaid rent and other fees (the Litigation). The first hearing date is scheduled for December 9, 2025.

The Company will continue to consult legal advisors regarding the Litigation and take appropriate actions. Based on preliminary assessment and available information, as of the date of this announcement, the Litigation has no material adverse impact on the Group's overall business operations or daily operations, nor does it have a material impact on the Group's financial position.
