CSE Global (544) said on May, 05 2026 that the group is still in the early stages of its previously announced strategic review and is continuing the process of appointing a financial adviser to assist with the exercise. The company noted that there is currently no certainty any definitive agreement will be reached or that a transaction will result from the review. CSE Global added that it will make further announcements if material developments arise.

In the meantime, the board advised shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities and to seek professional advice before taking any action.
