The company reminded investors that it formally adopted electronic dissemination of all corporate communications on 20 September 2024. Shareholders who have not yet provided a valid email address are urged to do so to ensure timely receipt of future documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—via email.

Registered shareholders should complete and return the designated Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or submit their name, contact address and email address by emailing info@sinofortune.hk. Non-registered shareholders are advised to notify their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited of their email details.
