On 3 September 2026, STAR CM Holdings Limited executed an on-market buyback of 10,300 ordinary shares, paying an aggregate HKD 8,800.6 at prices ranging between HKD 0.78 and HKD 0.85 per share. The volume-weighted average consideration was HKD 0.8437.
Following the transaction, STAR CM’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0026 % to 397.52 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 1.02 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 398.54 million, as the repurchased shares have been retained in treasury and not cancelled.
The buyback was made under the repurchase mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 39.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 950,300 shares, equivalent to 0.24 % of the issued share base at the mandate’s approval date.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, STAR CM is subject to a 30-day moratorium—extending to 3 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following this repurchase.
