China Development Bank International Investment Limited has issued a notice convening its 2026 annual general meeting for 11:00 a.m., 22 June 2026, at Suites 4506-4509, Two International Finance Centre, Central, Hong Kong.
Key resolutions: 1. Financial Reporting – Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of directors and the auditor for the year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Board Composition – Independent non-executive director Ms. Fang Xuan and non-executive director Mr. Li Yixuan are nominated for re-election. The Board also seeks authority to set directors’ remuneration. 3. Auditor – Re-appointment of BDO Limited as external auditor until the next AGM, with the Board authorised to fix its remuneration. 4. Share Repurchase Mandate – As special business, the Board requests a general mandate to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued share capital.
