CLARITY MEDICAL (01406) announced that Mr. Xu Yong has tendered his resignation from the following positions, effective April 30, 2026, in order to devote more time to other personal affairs and business commitments: Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company; and the Company's Authorized Representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices as stipulated under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Following his resignation, Mr. Xu will continue to serve as a Senior Advisor to the Company until June 30, 2026.
