Unitas Holdings Limited reported that Chairlady and Executive Director Ms. Ho Chiu Ha Maisy passed away peacefully on 12 April 2026. Ms. Ho, who had led the company since her appointment on 8 July 2013, served the group for more than 12 years and was credited by the board for safeguarding the interests of the company and its shareholders during her tenure.

The board expressed deep respect and gratitude for Ms. Ho’s contributions and extended condolences to her family. Executive Director Mr. Lau Ling Tak signed the announcement on behalf of the board on 14 April 2026.

Management Structure • Following Ms. Ho’s passing, the executive directorship comprises Mr. Lau Ling Tak and Ms. Man Wing Yee Ginny. • Independent non-executive directors remain Mr. Siu Chi Yiu Kenny, Mr. Lee Chi Keung Jim and Dr. Chow Ho Wan, Owen.
