During the summer break, the China Information and Communication Technologies Group (CICT) Optical Communication Museum, located in Wuhan's "Optics Valley", has become a popular destination for students.

The museum, which centers on the theme of "light", features five main exhibition halls. It showcases China's journey in optical communication from catching up and running alongside global leaders to taking the lead, through over a hundred valuable artifacts, educational videos, and recreations of research scenes.

Here, students can gain an up-close understanding of the development trajectory of China's optical communication technology and appreciate the innovative spirit of scientific researchers who have overcome significant challenges.

On August 11, a photograph captured the Wuhan Posts and Telecommunications School time bell on display at the CICT Optical Communication Museum in Wuhan, Hubei Province.

On the same day, students were seen touring the museum, which has drawn a surge of visitors since the summer began.

Another exhibit featured a sculpture titled "The Birth of the First Optical Fiber", which students were observed examining closely.

Visitors also explored various optical components displayed at the museum, learning about the intricate details of optical communication technology.

The museum has been bustling with student groups throughout the summer, all eager to delve into the history and advancements of China's optical communication industry.
