AEM Holdings (AWX) said on May, 20 2026 that it has issued and allotted 676,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 1.142 million Singapore dollars each* following the exercise of options granted under its Employee Share Option Scheme 2014.

The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange on May, 22 2026, with trading slated to begin at 9:00 a.m. the same day.

After the allotment, AEM Holdings’ issued and paid-up share capital stands at 318.884 million ordinary shares, excluding 2.617 million treasury shares.
