09/30

Longfor Group Holdings Limited announced that, effective 30 September 2026, it has reshuffled its board and key committees.

Non-executive director Sun Jiahui has resigned from the Board and from her roles on the Nomination, Remuneration and Investment Committees, citing work arrangements. The company confirmed that Sun has no disagreement with the Board and that no other matters require shareholder attention.

Liang Meng, aged 43, has been appointed to fill the vacated non-executive director seat and will join the same three committees. Holding over a decade of human-resources experience, Liang earned a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade from Beijing International Studies University in 2005 and an MBA (Human Resources Management) from Renmin University of China in 2011. Her career includes senior HR roles at Lenovo Group, DiDi Chuxing, Longfor Group and Beijing Shuanghu Investment Management. She also serves as a director of several Longfor subsidiaries.

Under a director service contract effective 30 September 2026, Liang will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$0.40 million. In line with the company’s Articles of Association, she will be subject to retirement and re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting and thereafter on a rotational basis.

Longfor noted that Liang holds no shares in the company, has no relationships with existing directors or major shareholders, and has not served as a director of any other listed companies in the past three years.

Following these changes, the Board comprises nine members: four executive directors (Chen Xuping, Zhao Yi, Zhang Xuzhong and Bao Wei), one non-executive director (Liang Meng) and four independent non-executive directors (Frederick Peter Churchouse, Chan Chi On Derek, Xiang Bing and Leong Chong).
