FIT Hon Teng Limited released its 2025 Annual Report, the circular for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and the related proxy form on 30 April 2026. The documents are available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.fit-foxconn.com).

In line with the paperless listing regime under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, FIT Hon Teng has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, which include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms. Printed copies will be sent only upon specific shareholder request.

To ensure prompt receipt of future materials, shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalized QR code or returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Shareholders who do not supply an email address must monitor the company and HKEX websites for new publications; actionable corporate communications will be mailed in hard copy.
