Sigenergy Technology Co., Ltd. (SIGENERGY) has issued a notice to non-registered shareholders detailing changes to the distribution method of corporate communications in line with the revised Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective 31 December 2023.

Under the new framework, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, quarterly reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided solely in electronic format via the company’s website (www.sigenergy.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be available only upon request.

Key operational points: 1. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive corporate communications must supply a functional email address to their relevant intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited). 2. The company will no longer issue individual notifications when new documents are published online; shareholders are encouraged to monitor the designated websites proactively. 3. Shareholders preferring printed versions may submit a completed request form to the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 6656-ecom@vistra.com. The request remains valid until the last day of the company’s next financial year unless revoked or superseded. 4.
