IHH Healthcare Berhad announced the appointment of Mr. Tan Wah Yeow as Chairman of its Audit Committee on May, 29 2026.

Tan Wah Yeow, 65, is an Independent Non-Executive Director. Following the change, the Audit Committee consists of Tan Wah Yeow (Chairman) and members Chua Bin Hwee and Satoshi Tanaka, both Independent Non-Executive Directors.
