Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) announced on Dec, 30 2025 that it repurchased 855,500 shares on the Exchange, paying between THB 9.10 and THB 9.20 per share. The transaction cost approximately 0.29 million Singapore dollars.

The purchase forms part of a buyback programme approved on Sep, 18 2025, which permits the company to repurchase up to 220 million shares, or 7.68 per cent of its paid-up capital, by Mar, 20 2026.

Following the latest transaction, STGT has cumulatively repurchased 74,810,100 shares, representing 2.61 per cent of its paid-up capital, for a total outlay of about 21.35 million Singapore dollars.
