DFI Retail Group reports managerial share transactions and new awards

DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited on Apr, 2 2026 disclosed to the United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority a series of share-related transactions carried out on Apr, 1 2026 by eleven senior executives.

Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Scott Anthony Price recorded 612,337 ordinary shares, comprising dividend-equivalent accruals on past awards and the grant of 551,360 new share awards, all at no consideration.

Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer Tom Cornelis Gerardus van der Lee reported 322,037 ordinary shares, including accruals, releases of dividend-equivalent shares, vesting of earlier awards and the grant of 171,875 new share awards.

Seven business unit chief executives and three group officers disclosed similar activity: • Yue Pang Man (CEO, 7-Eleven) – 315,668 shares. • Hei Lam Wong (CEO, Health & Beauty) – 294,662 shares. • Jan Martin Onni Lindström (CEO, DFI IKEA) – 168,137 shares. • Wai Man Chan (Group Chief Legal, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer; Company Secretary) – 262,669 shares. • Jinghui Xu (Group Chief People & Culture Officer) – 261,718 shares. • Wee Lee Loh (Group Chief Digital and yuu Rewards Officer) – 185,129 shares. • Ella Yig-Sharn Chan (Group Chief Strategy Officer) – 136,931 shares. • Hsiao En Liu (CEO, Food) – 304,929 shares. • King Yan Crystal Chan (Group Chief Technology and Information Officer) – 164,706 shares.

All transactions were conducted outside a trading venue and reflected either the accrual of dividend-equivalent shares, the release or vesting of earlier awards, or the grant of new awards, each at nil cost.

The company filed the notices in accordance with UK market disclosure requirements.
