AGILE GROUP (03383) announced that Mr. Huang Fengchao has resigned from his position as executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the company's Risk Management Committee, effective from the date of this announcement. Mr. Huang's resignation is due to his retirement upon reaching the designated age and his desire to reduce his workload to dedicate more time to personal affairs. Mr. Huang will continue to serve as Vice President of the company until December 31, 2025.

Following Mr. Huang's resignation as executive director, he has ceased to be a member of the Risk Management Committee. Independent non-executive director Mr. Xu Zhaozhong has been appointed to replace Mr. Huang as a member of the Risk Management Committee. The Risk Management Committee now comprises three members: Ms. Yue Yuan (serving as Chairman), Mr. Xu Zhaozhong, and Dr. Peng Shuolong.
