HANISON (00896) announced that on September 9, 2025, the vendor Grace Universe Limited (a joint venture company indirectly owned 50% each by the company and its joint venture partner) entered into an agreement whereby the vendor will sell to the purchaser the entire issued share capital of the target company Super Plus Limited (the holding company of the property) and its outstanding shareholder loans for a cash consideration of HK$410 million, subject to adjustment based on the net asset value at completion of the disposal. The property is located at 138 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong, and currently operates as a hotel known as "The Connaught".
