BAIOO Family Interactive Limited disclosed that Executive Director and Board Chairman Mr. Dai Jian acquired 156,000 company shares on 27 April 2026 via Stmoritz Investment Limited, an entity indirectly owned by him. The on-market purchase was executed at an average price of HK$0.495 per share.

Following the latest transaction, Stmoritz directly holds 691.89 million BAIOO shares, representing approximately 24.1% of the company’s issued share capital.

The company further noted that, between 30 March and 27 April 2026, Mr. Dai accumulated a total of 3.95 million shares through Stmoritz.
