On the same date, the company repurchased 1,100,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 6.18 and HKD 6.19 per share, with an aggregate consideration of HKD 6,807,000. These repurchased shares are pending cancellation and, therefore, have not affected the total number of issued shares.

Under the repurchase mandate dated 23 May 2025, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 334,093,014 shares.
