China Sunshine Paper Holdings Company Limited (SUNSHINE PAPER) announced that Executive Director Mr. Ci Xiaolei has tendered his resignation, effective 15 April 2026, citing personal engagements.

According to the board notification, Mr. Ci affirmed three points: 1. He has no outstanding claims against the company regarding his departure. 2. He holds no disagreements with the Board. 3. No matters need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in connection with his resignation.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Ci’s contributions during his tenure.

Post-resignation, SUNSHINE PAPER’s Board will comprise: • Executive Directors: Mr. Wang Dongxing (Chairman), Mr. Shi Weixin, and Mr. Wang Changhai • Non-executive Directors: Ms. Wu Rong and Mr. Chen Dongxu • Independent Non-executive Directors: Ms. Zhang Tao, Mr. Li Hengyuan, and Mr. Sun Junchen
