Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) said it has completed the placement of 35,000,000 new ordinary shares at 0.425 Singapore dollars per share on Mar, 16 2026.

Following the issuance, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) rose to 1,743,380,126 from 1,708,380,126. The new shares rank pari passu with existing shares, except for dividends or other entitlements whose record date fell on or before completion.

The placement shares are expected to begin trading on the SGX Mainboard at 9:00 a.m. on Mar, 18 2026.
