TATA Health International Holdings Limited will convene its 2026 Annual General Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, in the Beijing Conference Room (7/F, Ascott Hotel, 282 Huaihai Middle Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai).
The board is tabling nine ordinary resolutions:
1. Adoption of audited consolidated financial statements, together with directors’ and auditor’s reports, for the financial years ended 31 December 2023, 2024 and 2025.
2–4. Re-election of Mr Zhang Ming Qi as executive director and Mr Li Liang and Ms Huang Lin as independent non-executive directors.
5. Authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration.
6. Re-appointment of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited as external auditor and authorisation for the board to set its remuneration.
7. Granting of a general mandate allowing the company to repurchase up to 10% of its issued shares (excluding any treasury shares) as at the date of the resolution.
8. Granting of a general mandate permitting the issue, allotment and dealing of additional shares up to 20% of the issued share capital (excluding any treasury shares) as at the date of the resolution.
9. Conditional extension of the 20% issuance mandate by an amount equal to the shares repurchased under the 10% buy-back mandate.
Shareholders on record may appoint proxies; completed proxy forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 18 May 2026. All resolutions will be decided by poll, with one vote per fully paid share.
