Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 12,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 27 2026.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from US$63 to US$64.3 each, with a weighted average purchase price of US$63.524. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

After the transaction, Jardine Matheson Holdings’ issued share capital stands at 294,001,976 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. The company holds no treasury shares.
