NATIONAL ELEC H (00213) has announced a share repurchase transaction.

The company disclosed that on July 7, 2026, it utilized HK$164,900 to repurchase 458,000 of its own shares.

The buyback was executed at a price range between HK$0.355 and HK$0.365 per share.
