The placement agreement for KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513) has satisfied all required preconditions, which included securing the necessary approvals from the Listing Committee for the listing and trading of the new shares. The placement was successfully concluded on July 13, 2026.

The company has successfully allotted and issued a total of 19.78 million new H shares to no fewer than six placees at an issue price of HK$1,588.00 per share. These newly issued shares represent approximately 4.25% of the company's total issued H share capital following the completion of this placement.
