The board of ONEROBOTICS (06600) has been informed by the trustee of the 2026 H Share Incentive Plan that, during the period from April 29, 2026, to June 11, 2026, inclusive, the trustee has purchased a total of 57,000 H shares on the market in accordance with the plan rules and the trust deed.

These H shares will be held in trust by the trustee for the benefit of the incentive participants and will be used for the future grant of award shares under the plan.
