Sa Sa International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 178) has announced that a board meeting will take place on 20 November 2025. The meeting will address approving the interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 and will also consider whether to declare an interim dividend.

The company’s board of directors is chaired by Dr. Kwok Siu Ming Simon, SBS, JP, who also serves as Chief Executive Officer. Other executive directors include Dr. Kwok Law Kwai Chun Eleanor, BBS, JP, Mrs. Chan Kwok Sze Wai Melody, MH, JP, Ms. Kwok Sea Nga Kitty, and Mr. Chung Ming Kit, the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
