Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd. (MUYUAN) has finalized the change of its registered corporate name on the Mainland, moving from “牧原食品股份有限公司” to “牧原食品集團股份有限公司”. The corresponding English name has been updated from “Muyuan Foods Co., Ltd.” to “Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd.”.

The Henan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has issued a new business license reflecting the revised name. MUYUAN will now submit the required documentation to Hong Kong’s Companies Registry to complete the alteration of its registered non-Hong Kong company name. A separate announcement will be released once the Hong Kong registration is confirmed.

This name change was initially proposed in a circular dated 25 February 2026 and formally approved on 22 May 2026. The company’s board composition remains unchanged, chaired by President Mr. Qin Yinglin alongside two other executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
