DOBOT (ASX: 02432) has announced its financial performance for the first six months of 2026, revealing a significant surge in revenue from its collaborative robotics and embodied artificial intelligence business segments.

The company anticipates generating unaudited operating revenues in the range of RMB 300 million to 330 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 94.65% to 114.12%.

Gross profit is projected to be between RMB 140 million and 170 million, marking an increase of 84.73% to 124.31% compared to the same period last year.

However, the company expects to report a net loss attributable to owners of the parent company of RMB -90 million to -120 million. After excluding non-recurring gains and losses, this adjusted net loss is projected to be between RMB -140 million and -170 million.

It is noted that the adjusted net loss, after removing the impact of foreign exchange losses and share-based payments, is estimated to be approximately RMB -35 million to -65 million.

The widened loss for the first half of 2026 is primarily attributed to a temporary, significant increase in period expenses, largely driven by heightened foreign exchange losses and share-based compensation costs.

Concurrently, the company has proactively increased its investment in expanding market coverage in key regions and developing its embodied AI research and development framework.

This strategic move aims to capitalize on major growth opportunities within the embodied AI industry, build core technological advantages in cutting-edge fields, and establish a leading competitive position.
