Lemo Services Co., Ltd announced that, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided solely in electronic format on the company’s website (www.lemobar.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders will no longer receive printed notices of publication. Instead, they are encouraged to monitor the above websites regularly to access both English and Chinese versions of all documents.

Shareholders who prefer hard copies can submit a request form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., or email 2539-ecom@vistra.com. Once elected, the preference for printed materials will remain valid until revoked or changed.
