**Coal, Crude Oil, and Natural Gas Production** - **Coal**: Output from large-scale industrial enterprises totaled 430 million tons in November, down 0.5% year-on-year (YoY), with daily production averaging 14.23 million tons. Cumulative output from January to November reached 4.4 billion tons, up 1.4% YoY. - **Crude Oil**: Production rose 2.2% YoY to 17.63 million tons in November, accelerating by 0.9 percentage points from October. Daily output averaged 588,000 tons. Cumulative output for the first 11 months grew 1.7% YoY to 198.25 million tons. - **Oil Processing**: Refinery throughput increased 3.9% YoY to 60.83 million tons in November, averaging 2.028 million tons per day.
