The company announced that, leveraging its existing technological capabilities in ICT communication services, wireless network optimization, and the FoPay payment platform, the group has decided to initiate an artificial intelligence strategy upgrade. This move extends its business into the computing power services sector within AI infrastructure. Specifically, the company plans to advance new business incubation in the following three areas: a computing power leasing platform; a computing power scheduling and optimization platform; and a Token aggregation application programming interface (API).

The company intends to establish a dedicated artificial intelligence strategy task force and set up an independent business unit to drive progress in the aforementioned directions. Based on business development needs, the company will gradually strengthen technical talent recruitment and ecosystem partnerships, while optimizing capital allocation according to project returns. A risk management mechanism will also be established during the business advancement process to standardize related services, achieve productization of computing power solutions, and complete pilot work for token services in the initial phase.
