Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2050) has scheduled its 2025 second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for December 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Company’s Sanhua Industrial Park in Xinchang, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province.

According to the notice, shareholders will consider several special resolutions related to amendments to the Articles of Association, Rules of Procedure for the General Meeting, and Rules of Procedure for the Board of Directors. Ordinary resolutions will focus on revisions to multiple corporate governance systems, including the Policy of Independent Non-executive Directors, Management Measures of Related-party Transactions, and the Online Voting Management System of the General Meeting. Additionally, a half-year profit distribution plan for 2025 will be proposed.

Holders of H Shares whose names appear on the register of members on December 17, 2025, can attend and vote at the EGM. The register will be closed from December 12, 2025, to December 17, 2025. The Company also announced details of the proposed 2025 Interim Dividend, with the H Share register of members closed from December 23, 2025, to December 30, 2025. Holders of H Shares who intend to receive the dividend should ensure all transfer documents are lodged before 4:30 p.m. on December 22, 2025.
