HKBN Ltd. (HKBN) announced the latest composition of its Board of Directors and the respective memberships of its five Board committees as of 6 August 2026.

The nine-member Board is led by Mr. Ling Hao, who serves as Chairman and Executive Director. Executive responsibilities are further carried by Mr. Li Xin and Mr. Shen Qingyi. Mr. Luo Weimin holds the position of Non-executive Director. Independent oversight is provided by three Independent Non-executive Directors—Ms. Cheung Ming Ming Anna, Ms. Chung Cordelia, and Ms. Chung Kit Yi Kitty.
