KIN SHING HLDGS (01630) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$367 million, a decrease of 15.17% year-on-year. The net profit for the period was HK$782,000, down 91.73% compared to the same period last year, with earnings per share of HK$0.005.

The company attributed the decline in revenue to a reduction in the total number of projects in the formwork market and smaller project sizes awarded. Additionally, several projects that were at peak construction phases in the previous reporting period have now entered their final stages during this period.
