PW Medtech Group Limited reported that between 29 June and 04 September 2026 it repurchased a total of 3.18 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for cancellation, representing 0.22 % of the company’s issued share capital as at the date of its current buy-back mandate (26 June 2026).
The cumulative consideration for these repurchases amounts to approximately HK$3.28 million, implying an average buy-back price of HK$1.03 per share. Transaction prices ranged from HK$0.91 to HK$1.10 per share.
The most recent purchase occurred on 04 September 2026, when 100,000 shares were bought at HK$0.95 each for a total outlay of HK$95,000.
Following the transactions, PW Medtech’s issued share count remains at 1.43 billion shares because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 144.29 million shares under the current mandate, leaving 141.11 million shares, or 98.0 % of the mandate, still available for future buy-backs.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, PW Medtech is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days after the latest repurchase, setting the moratorium’s expiry on 04 October 2026.
