Global New Mat International (HKEX: 06616) has announced a change in its company secretariat. According to the announcement, Ms. Zhang Jialun has resigned from her position as the company's Joint Company Secretary due to personal work arrangements. Her resignation is effective from July 17, 2026.

Concurrently, Ms. Zhang has also ceased to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Furthermore, she will no longer act as the company's authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong, as required under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Following this resignation, the company has appointed Ms. Li Jingying as the new Joint Company Secretary, effective from July 17, 2026. In line with this appointment, Ms. Li has also been designated as the authorized representative and the legal process agent for the company, with the same effective date of July 17, 2026.
