Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) announced on Aug, 28 2026 that Miss Gan Mei Mei, 60, will resign as an independent non-executive member of its Audit Committee with effect from Aug, 31 2026.

The company said that Prof Dato' Dr. Yang Faridah Abdul Aziz, 59, will be appointed as an independent non-executive member of the committee from Sep, 1 2026.

With the change, the Audit Committee will comprise: 1. Mr Lee Ah Too – Chairman, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director 2. Puan Emelia Matrahah – Member, Independent Non-Executive Director 3. Ms Liew Way Keng – Member, Independent Non-Executive Director 4. Prof Dato' Dr. Yang Faridah Abdul Aziz – Member, Independent Non-Executive Director
